Cancellation Policy for Iyaxine Beauty At Iyaxine Beauty, we are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring our schedule accommodates all clients fairly. Please review our cancellation policy below: 1. Notice Period We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time to another client in need. 2. Late Cancellations Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time are considered late cancellations and will incur a 45% cancellation fee of the service cost. 3. No-Shows If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us, a 45% no-show fee will be charged. Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments. 4. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. A rescheduling fee may apply, depending on the circumstances. 5. Emergencies We understand that life happens. Please contact us as soon as possible if an emergency prevents you from keeping your appointment. Exceptions may be made at our discretion. 6.
